Message from the Owner
As the owner of Double A Trailers, I take great pride in what we have been able to accomplish in such a short period. We have lined up a great collection of trailers and worked hard to establish a strong customer centric culture. We have also redesigned our interior space to elevate our customer experiences. While the demand for trailers is stronger than ever, the industry trails behind (pun intended!) in use of technology to create better experiences for vendors and customers alike. This presents a unique opportunity to simplify the buying process, reduce customer wait times, increase inventory availability and most importantly keep our prices competitive. Now a little about myself and why I believe Double A Trailers is well positioned to be your first choice every time. For the last 25 plus years I have worked in IT consulting, implementing technology, business process re-engineering and simplifying processes for the fortune 100 to 500 companies around the world. My single focus always has been on making the lives of my customers easy so they in turn can focus on what is important to them. By nature, I am an entrepreneur and a problem solver. I specialize in bringing people and processes together. These relationships are extremely important to me. They not only create trust with our customers, but we see its significant impact to the bottom line in the form of returning customers. Our loyalty program is our way of saying thank you for the trust our customers place in us.
